Delete Your AutoBuddy Account

1. Sign in to the AutoBuddy mobile app with the account you want deleted.
2. Open account settings and choose Request account deletion.
3. Read the summary of affected access and records, then confirm the request.
4. The app records an authenticated request and shows that deletion is pending.

Requiring a signed-in request helps protect accounts from unauthorized deletion. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address associated with the account. We will need to verify your identity before continuing.

While the app shows the request as pending, return to account settings and choose Cancel deletion request. You can continue using the account after cancellation.

Cancellation is no longer available after processing begins. If the in-app status is unclear, contact us immediately and include the account email.

Subject to the retention limits below, deletion removes or disables:

• Your Supabase authentication identity and ability to sign in.
• Your personal profile, account preferences, and active sessions.
• Your memberships and access to AutoBuddy showrooms.
• Personal files or records tied only to your account and not needed for a shared showroom.
• Connections or credentials that exist only for your account, where applicable.

• Shared showroom records: client, installment, payment, inventory, document, and audit records owned by a showroom or needed by its other authorized users.
• Required records: limited billing, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, security, and legal-compliance information for the period required.
• Deletion evidence: a minimal record showing that the request was received and completed.
• Backups: copies that remain temporarily until they are overwritten through the normal protected backup cycle.
• De-identified information: data that can no longer reasonably identify you.

Retained information is limited to its remaining purpose and is not kept available as an active user account.

If you own or manage a showroom, first transfer responsibilities to another authorized user and arrange any export or separate deletion of business records you control. Deleting your personal sign-in does not automatically erase a showroom’s records or remove another user’s access.
