Privacy Choices

• Photos: allow photo-library access only when you want to choose an existing image. You can change permission later in device settings.
• Documents: the system file picker sends only the file you select for the action you started.
• AI scanning: do not submit a document or image if you do not want it processed for extraction. You can enter client details manually.

The current app does not capture photos with the camera, register for push notifications, or use Expo Device to collect device details.

Check extracted scan results before saving. Authorized users can correct showroom records in the app where editing is available. For an account-profile correction or a record you cannot edit, contact us from the email address connected to your account.

If your showroom uses encrypted Private Cloud, supported records stay encrypted until an authorized device unlocks them. Your showroom controls whether it uses these features and which authorized users can unlock the data.

If encrypted information is captured while the authorized device is offline, it may need that device to unlock Private Cloud later before the record can be finalized or synced.

The showroom normally decides why and how its client records are used. A client who wants to access, correct, or delete that information should contact the showroom first. We can help the showroom respond where appropriate.
